The rates and fees we charge are based on the results we hope to obtain. We strive to keep these fees reasonable in view of the expected result and affordable by maintaining a low overhead, but we do not compromise the quality of the legal services we provide.
We still believe in the philosophy that the best advertising is a happy and satisfied client. We want our clients to be happy with both the results and the costs of obtaining those results. We give our clients our honest opinion of the likely results and estimated fees and costs.

Our current hourly rates:
Transactional matters (agreements, contracts, general business advice, etc.)................$175/hr.
Civil Litigation (breach of contact, employment cases, etc.) mediation, arbitration.............$195/hr.
Flat fees:
Criminal/Traffic matters..............$500 and up.
Entity formation............................$800 to $1200 plus Sec. Of State filing fees.
Contingent fees:
Personal Injury/Wrongful Death...........33.33%
We also handle certain other civil cases, which may involve a monetary recovery,
on a contingent fee or combination of a reduce hourly rate and contingent fee basis,
